BEC Servo Voltage Stabilizer
BEC Servo voltage stabilizer which is equipped with advanced Micro controller based solid state circuit which is used to control the synchronous motor. The motor drives the auto transformer arm which is mechanically attached to the motor. This auto transformer controls the voltage fed to the BBT connected in series with the mains.It is in compliance with requisite norms and standards.
BEC voltage stabilizer employs a motor-driven variable transformer feeding the primary winding of a power transformer. The secondary winding of power transformer is connected in series between incoming supply and load. The voltage induced on secondary will be added or subtracted from the input voltage depending on its polarity. A solid state electronic control unit sense the output voltage and operate the servo motor in a suitable direction to correct the output voltage by changing the carbon brush position on in the variable transformer.
To maintain the consistency in the performance of the machines, these are also continually upgraded.

Apart form our regular Single and three phase servo stabilizer we manufacture and supply two phase servo stabilizers. Whereever there is a neutral problem by using this two phase stabilizer we can overcome the same. The input to the unit will be 440V AC and the output can be either 440V or 230V . This can be obtained through isolation or auto transformers depending on the site condition and requirement. This is mainly used in Colour sorters and other single phase machineries which needs a stabilized regulated power.
